DO I NEED A TICKET?

Yes of course! Once you purchase your selected ticket you will receive an email confirmation. Then when your Rudolph’s date arrives simply show us your confirmation (via phone or printed copy) and be ready to celebrate with us. You can purchase a ticket at the door, but pricing at the door is subject to change, so we always recommend buying your ticket online in advance.


ARE TICKETS THE SAME PRICE AT THE DOOR? DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE THEM ONLINE?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET CONFIRMATION?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam/junk mailbox as your confirmation might have been sent there. You can either print out your confirmation or show us the confirmation on your phone.

If you purchased a ticket and have not received it via email, you can tell us your name and provide your ID and we will be able to look up your order at the door.


CAN I MAKE A TABLE RESERVATION?

All tables are first come, first serve. We do not take table reservations.


DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

If you lost or left something at Rudolph’s please stop by during regular business hours and someone will be able to help you. Due to the high volume nature of Rudolph, we are unable to assist with lost and found items over the phone.


CAN I GET A REFUND ONCE PURCHASED? CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR A DIFFERENT NIGHT?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot cancel your reservation or reschedule it for another night. If you elect not to attend, your tickets and/or package(s) are neither refundable nor exchangeable. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your reservation to someone else.


I'M COMING WITH A GROUP. SHOULD WE BUY OUR TICKETS TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY?

The ticket and package prices are the same price, there are no additional discounts, so if all your guest in your group are not arriving at the same time we highly suggest each individual person purchases their ticket or package separately.


WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

With your General Admission ticket, the ticket you select will provide the time we want you to join us. Due to large crowds, there may be a wait at the door. We recommend arriving early.

With a Brunch ticket, your arrival time is stated on the ticket you select.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Come decked out in your favorite holiday attire! There will be multiple opportunities for photo-ops within all the holiday magic. Please note that the Frosty’s North Pole Rooftop of Rudolph’s is outside. Dress in layers and according to the weather.


WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?

Yes. Coat check will be available.


DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?

Children 3 years old and under do not require a ticket.


CAN I BRING IN MY STROLLER?

Yes, but we have very limited space for stroller parking.


WILL SANTA BE THERE?

Yes! Santa will be stopping by all season long.


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We love pets! Unfortunately, we can only allow certified service animals on a leash.
